Orthotics should be worn at all times – at work, at home, and during recreational activities. Orthotic insoles work like prescription eye-glasses, they work when they are being worn, providing support and gently repositioning the heel, arch, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and bones in the feet. During the first couple of weeks while wearing your Custom Orthotics, you may experience a slight discomfort in your arches, feet, and legs. This is normal, and is actually an indication that your custom orthotics are working! However, if your discomfort extends beyond a few weeks, please contact us, as your Custom Orthotics may require a minor adjustment.
