Is Graston® Technique Painful?

There are various amounts of pain or discomfort experienced during treatment itself. The pain varies between patients and some bruising or soreness may be experienced after treatment, but it is a part of the normal healing process.  The soreness generally subsides quickly and it is recommended to ice for 20 minutes at home after the treatment.

How Long Does It Take?

Treatment times vary from individual to individual and symptoms and conditions.  Typically, a Graston® session could take 2 to 10 minutes.
